Issue statuses

An administrator can create or delete Issue Statuses. Issue statuses are categories to identify the completion status of a current issue. Here you also define if a issue status opens or closes an issue.

Issue Statuses

New Status

By clicking New Status

  • Name: Status name.
  • % Done: If enabled from settings, you can set a percentage done to issue statuses. This removes the % Done field from new issues, and will automatically fill according to the issue status.
  • Closed Issue: If ticked, by selecting this status the issue becomes closed.

More than one status can be configured as open or closed. Having clear names and a sound logic will ease the process of defining workflow.
